Online Fundraising Terms and Conditions

Poppin Popcorn, Tumblers, 

No minimums required, no money up front, no risk to try.  We will take care of all sales online and distribute directly to supporters.  We will handle all complaints and issues that arise from any sales made in conjunction with this fundraiser.  All sales are final, however, items will be replaced in the event of damage or defect

Any profit percentages from the item’s sale price will not be affected by any shipping, convenience fees or taxes charged to individual customers.  Additional fees are separate.

Poppin Popcorn - 3% credit card fee, Shipping: $6.95 for 1 bag, $9.95 for 2-3 bags, add $1 per bag for 4+ bags, Texas sales tax may apply

Tumblers – Shipping depends on individual customers location and order size, Texas sales tax may apply


Online Spirit Store - We do offer an online spirit store platform for apparel sales and spirit items.  We handle all sales while you handle the distribution.  We can do prepaid sales, and we can help sell your inventory.  There is a $2 service fee per item.  We will work with you to maintain your required margins.  Rebate checks sent out 1-2 weeks after the fundraiser.  All item must be purchased through our apparel and promotional items program.  Minimums may be required for some items.  Online Spirit Store cancellations may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee and artwork fees.

Shipping Terms and Condtions

Please note that our items do not include shipping unless otherwise stated within the description of the item(s). 

We do use 3rd party shippers such as, UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL and others.  

Standard ground will be quoted unless otherwise stated.  We do offer 3 day, 2 day, and next day expedited shipping on may of our items.  

Shipping is based on type of shipping, quantity and location of final destination.

Dry ice fees may be applicable for chocolates and candies during hotter months.

Minimums and Payment

1 case minimum for traditional fundraisers (popcorn - 25 bags) Non-order form items must be purchased upfront or arrangements such as school PO must be provided prior to delivery. Quotes detailing all costs are provided prior to ordering.  

Non school groups are required to pay upfront.  School/ School District terms are standard net 30 days with PO or other guarantee.  Other payment arrangements may be made at the discretion of management.

Returns, Refunds and Guarantees

All food, snacks and seasonal item sales are final to ensure freshness and for your protection in Covid-19 climate.  We are not accepting any returns at this time.

Items will be replaced in the event of damage or defect.  

With our low minimums we advise you to start low and add to your fundraiser.  There is no additional cost to you and will eliminate returns.  Please allow for 5-7 days for delivery.

Shipping fees may be applicable during hotter months.  Fees are for dry ice packing, specifically for candies and chocolate.

Popcorn fundraiser with order form does require the school to sort and distribute

Ordering Custom Items

Ordering Process

·       Select from over 1 million items on our website.

·       Email us your selections, artwork, imprint option and time frame

·       We will produce a mock-up free of charge and provide you with a quote detailing all fees and charges to allow you to arrange for payment.

·       After approving the quote and providing payment you will receive an official proof.  Changes can be made up to the approval of the final proof.  Once approved, all sales are final.*

·       For typical orders, please allow for 10-12 business days for production and 3-5 days for shipping.  We do provide tracking info once items ship.

·       Please note, that custom items do take some time and we will do all we can to get your items to you by your in-hands date.

·       *All sales are final after approval of final proof, however, we do accept returns for defective and damaged items.


Apparel, Promotional Items and Print

Terms and Conditions

Partners in Education Solutions supplies all apparel, promotional items and print blanks. Order minimums vary. Quantity discounts are available. Price breaks vary by item. Item price, setup, decoration, shipping, artwork and any associated fees are listed separately unless otherwise noted. Please see price lists or website for detailed pricing.

Quotes, Mock-Ups and Proof

Full quotes detailing all fees and charges will be provided along with free mock-ups. With some items, cancellations after approval of the quote may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Proofs are usually provided within 1-3 days after quotes and mock-ups are approved. Changes can be made up to approval of the final proof. All sales final after approval of final proof.


Setup fees vary by item. Please see website or price list for details. Apparel screen printing Union Ink Colors available in standard colors, fluorescents and special effects. Over 240 colors of Isocord Thread colors available for embroidery. PMS color matching available for a fee, varies by item. Available services include but are not limited to the following: screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, embossing, debossing, ink stamp, 4 color process, digital printing, engraving, etching and more!


Production Times

We will do all we can to get your items to you in a timely manner and by your in-hands date. Please allow 10-12 business days for production after approval of the final proof. Some production times vary by item and decoration method. Please see website for production times or contact us for more information. Production times are subject to change. We want to do our best work and provide you with quality products, please allow us the necessary time.



Services include logo design, logo modification, flie conversion and full graphic design. Charges if applicable, $35 per hour, 1 hour minimum. Ready print artwork preferred in ai, pdf, eps or high resolution, clear, non-pixelated png or jpg images. Your imprint is only as good as your artwork. Unfortunately we are unable to print licensed images unless you own rights to the image.


Payment Options

Cash, school checks, company checks, VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover, and school PO's are accepted. Prepayment or payment arrangement is required at the time of quote and mock-up approval. Payment options are available through PayPal. Partners in Education Solutions is not associated with PayPal. Prices and fees subject to change.


Refund and Cancellations

Cancelled orders after payment is accepted and approval of quote and mock-up may be subject to 20% restocking fee. All sales are final once the final proof is approved. Refunds or replacement of items may be provided in the event of item defect or recall.



We use common commercial carriers and USPS. We are subject to their delivery times and schedules. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days to one location. Rush services may be available for a fee and are subject to change. Dropshipping services to multiple locations is available for a fee.


Special Circumstances

During unusual circumstances such as pandemic, severe weather or other, production times may be extended, shipping times and in-hand dates may not be guaranteed. Certain items my not be in stock. Certain colors may not be available. Please let us know us know if you have any questions.


Additional Orders

In some cases reprints and subsequent orders of identical items with identical artwork can be purchased in the same quantities for the same original price.  Some items require a brand new order with new setup fees.  We will do all we can to try to provide you with the best pricing for reprints and subsequent orders, however, prices may vary depending on circumstances.

Product Guarantee

If you do receive an item that is damaged or defective we do ask that you notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.  Email any pictures of the damage to  We will handle this on a case by case scenario, and we will correct it or remedy the situation.  Replacements, discounts, or refunds may be offered.

Warranty period: In the event of shipping damage we ask that you let us know within 3 days so that we may notify our 3rd party shipper, UPS, FedEx, UPS. All items are warrantied up to sale and distribution to final customer, not to exceed 2 weeks from delivery date.  Warranty is not extended to items damaged once in hand of school or customer or any altered/modified items.  

It is recommended to keep all items especially food off the floor and in temperature controlled spaces to avoid pests and melting chocolates/candy.  We ask that you remind students of this as well.

We want every customer to be happy and we will do what we can to make sure that happens. 


Many of our items are "no to low" minimums.  At this time we are not accepting returns on food/candy/snack items or customized items.  Only ordered what you know you can sell.  We can alway place an order for more.  We can also customize a fundraiser for you to include pre-order items.  Let us know how we can help.
